Q: Are the teachers NESA accredited?
A:Yes-All ClassTime teachers are NESA accredited. Their NESA number can be found on their app profile in the TAN (Teacher Accreditation Number) field.
Q: Do the teachers have WWCN numbers?
A: Yes – All ClassTime teachers and teaching assistants hold current Working With Children Check Numbers that are checked by our ClassTime team. Schools can find the Working With Children Number on the teacher or teaching assistants app profile along with their date of birth. Access to this information is easy to locate, making it simple for Schools to run their own check.
Q: Are the teachers referenced checked?
A:Yes – All teachers and teaching assistants must supply 3-4 contactable referees who are spoken to by our ClassTime team.
Q: Do the teachers hold first aid and anaphylaxis certificates?
A: Yes. All ClassTime teachers and teaching assistants hold current First Aid certificates, including anaphylaxis certificates.
Q: Is there a lock in contract?
A: No. The app is free to download. You can book when you want and you only get charged for the bookings you make.
Q: Is there a cancellation fee if more than 24 hours is given to cancel a job?
A: No.
Q: Is there a cancellation fee if less than 24 hours is given to cancel a job?
A:Yes you will be charged the ClassTime fee and the teacher can charge a days rate but that is between the school and the teacher.
Q: Can you book a half day only?
A: Yes. A teacher or teaching assistant may be booked for a half day morning or half day afternoon.
Q: Can you make multiple bookings at once?
A: Yes. You may book a teacher or teaching assistant for a number of days or book a number of teachers for the same day.
Q: Can you create a preferred teacher list?
A: Yes, you can create a preferred teacher list and invite only the teachers you want.
Q: Can I only book through the app?
A: No- you can book through the App and through the web application
Q: How does the teacher get paid?
A: The teacher gets paid by the school. A booking summary is forwarded to you by email at the end of each day to assist you with your payroll.
Q: How far in advance do you have to make a booking?
A: You can book at any time of the day
